Cavalry Financial Services values your time and strives to provide timely, personalized service to all clients. To ensure appointment availability and operational efficiency, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

 

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will result in a $150 missed appointment fee. This fee must be paid in full prior to rescheduling any future appointment.

 

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if a scheduling conflict occurs.
